2000 M&M's posable large character in box

2000 M&M's yellow posable character in it's original box. In its sitting position he's almost 10" tall. I can't take him out, he's affixed to the box. Tag still on his arm. Box is in good shape, plush is very good. Only thing on him is the bottoms of his feet look faded , see pics. But he is 24 years old and as such in very good condition.
